We have built a completely anonymous system to enable employees to talk about issues which are worrying them and causing them distress. This allows the Compliance or Human Resources departments to engage in direct communication with the employee enabling problems to be dealt with quickly and effectively.
At Cathartic we enable employees to share information about matters that they often desperately need to discuss. Matters raised typically cover subjects such as: mental health, workplace bullying, corruption and other wrongdoing.
